    Dark, luminous black appearance.
    The nose needs a little aeration before showing all its aromatic power and complexity: initially mineral, with notes of pencil lead and soot, it opens up to reveal notes of zan liquorice blackcurrant, blackberry, black pepper, Greek style olives, …
    On the palate, we find the dense yet velvety tannins so characteristic of this vintage. Full, long and very elegant palate.

    Tasting Notes
    Nose fresh, discreet, with a controlled power, a touch of toast and chocolate. Airy, delicate, very subtle, juicy and acidulous. Red fruits are omnipresent, raspberry, redcurrant with a touch of cocoa and cardamon. A nice sweet touch accompanies the wine until the end of the mouth.

    Food Pairing
    Perfect for an aperitif with tomato and basil bruschetta or a summer salad with duck breast and fresh goat cheese.

    This charming wine lends itself to the most varied of pairings. With a nice roasted Bresse chicken and its sweet potato purée or alongside an exotic vegetarian poke bowl for example. It will also work wonders with an assortment of fresh artisanal goats.
