Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin
( reviews)RM335.00Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin is our original (and still our favourite). It is, to us, simply the most delicious gin on the planet. We crafted it to deliver the best of all worlds: a classically smooth gin that combines Asian botanicals with great Mediterranean citrus. It’s spicy but with great citrus from the whole fresh oranges and native lemon myrtle, a truly modern Australian gin.

Four Pillars Navy Strength Gin
( reviews)RM398.00Released just once a year, Four Pillars Navy Strength Gin is a high-strength gin from Australia’s Yarra Valley. Made with organic oranges, finger limes, turmeric, coriander and star anise, this is a fragrant gin with notes of spice, lime, pine needles and vanilla.
Four Pillars Navy Strength Gin is bottled at 58.8 % ABV and unlike its older sibling, it has pronounced aromas of juniper and citrus lime, with a little nose burn from the ABV. On the palate, it explodes with a zesty and fresh flavour of citrus and juniper, Asian spice and earthiness on the finish.

Four Pillars Spiced Negroni Gin
( reviews)RM360.00Four Pillars Spiced Negroni Gin is the only gin in the world created specifically to go in a Negroni cocktail. It is a highly aromatic, rich and (yes) spicy gin with great power and intensity. We use the West African spice grains of paradise and Indonesian cubeb to up the ante, and open the plates when distilling to add weight to the gin.

Four Pillars Fresh Yuzu Gin
( reviews)RM360.00Fresh Yuzu Gin, as the name suggests, is a bright, aromatic and (yes) fresh dry gin. The defining character is fresh yellow yuzu, grown in Victoria, Australia. The yuzu aromatics are an interesting mix of lemon, mandarin, cumquat and grapefruit – all bright, fresh citrus notes. Finger lime adds some deeper citrus character. The palate has beautiful depth of flavour – ginger, turmeric and sencha genmaicha (a type of green tea with roasted brown rice) sit over a canvas of strong pine-needle juniper with lemon myrtle adding a touch of lemon curd. Brilliant in a gin Highball with almost any citrus garnish.

Four Pillars Olive Leaf Gin 700ml
( reviews)RM360.00Olive Leaf Gin is new savoury gin, five delicious years in the making. It’s textural, bright and perfect for a Martini or Gintonic. We’ve used three types of cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil and olive leaf tea from the world-class groves of Victoria’s Cobram Estate. Botanicals like rosemary and bay leaf transport you to the Mediterranean (even though they’re from Cam’s garden), while native macadamia nuts and lemon myrtle make the gin distinctly modern Australian.
